We do not require an account to be set up for rental of units. Unfortunately, we no longer accept cheques, business or personal. We do require a credit card for rental of units in the lessee name. Payment for rentals are taken at time of rental, in advance, for length of time rented. Rentals are up to 30 day intervals and upto 3 consecutive rental terms using insurance provided by Idealease. Using lessee provided insurance, rental terms can be indefinite.
Drivers are required to be 21 years of age, with a class 1 drivers license. Do to our our financial insurance company, there are no exceptions to this rule.
First time rental generally requires credit card deposit of $1050 which is refunded, baring any repairs upon return.
You are free to use your own insurance, but we will require confirmation from your insurance company regarding coverage. Our plates stay on the units with certain exceptions(please see the rental manager for details). Your insurance broker would have issued you a certificate of insurance if you have a Commercial or Farm insurance policy or if you have non-owned trailer/truck coverage. If you do not have non-owned coverage, we can contact your insurance broker about applying direct insurance coverage to the unit.
We do not charge tire fees(territorial exceptions), kms(excluding trucks, scissor neck, and dry-vans which kms are billed), or for repairs. As long as repairs needed are not caused by negligence, we cover repairs. If you are not traveling within southern Alberta, depending on the repair company, you may be asked to cover repairs. Upon rental renewal or return, we will request invoices from repairs done which will be deducted from your rental expense. These repair expenses need to be submitted no later than 5 business days after rental return, or 2 business days before month end or a rental credit can not be given. On units that require more than 2 days for repairs, a replacement unit will be given based upon current availability.

If you are not in our dealership area, we would request that either you or a service company service the unit. We cover servicing if performed by us. In the case of trucks, we will cover dealer authorized service center oil changes.
This quote does not include with it any incidentals (possible wash fee, fuel or DEF surcharges, or general damage inflicted upon units), nor does it include any rental overages if returned late or any credits if returned early. All units are considered rented unless returned to our yard.
