Drian Old Coolant - Drain old coolant from radiator and block.
Clean Cylce - Circulate a chemical cleaning agent through the system to dissolve rust, scale, and sludge. Rinse with water (often multiple cycles) to remove loosened contaminants.
Refill and Bleed - Add fresh coolant-typically a 50/50 mix or OEM premix. Bleed air and verify proper temperature regulation.
Drian Old Fluid - Drain old fluid completely, allowing full evacuation of fluid (via drain plug or by removing the cover).
Inspect Fluid and Differential - Inspecting the drained fluid for metal particles, burnt smell, or contamination.
Clean - Cleaning the housing with cleaner- degreaser and lint free shop towels.
Reseal and Refill - Resealing the cover or plugs with correct gasket/RTV. Refilling with the exact gear oil type and viscosity required
The Diesel Particulate Filter (DPF) is critical for cont rolling soot emissions and maintaining proper engine performance. We add Motor Treatment directly into the fuel tank, and into the fuel filter housing when replacing the fuel filter. Introducing the cleaner at the filter housing allows it to pass through the injectors immediately on startup, providing an initial high-strength cleaning effect. Note: This additive is
applied at the correct ratio for your engine.
