George has been the owner since 1985 and sole owner since 1993. George is directly involved with the day to day operations at Southland International as president and general manager. He has ongoing product knowledge of International trucks, engines, Doepker. Hobbies include restoration of over 60 International antique trucks.

Mic comes to us bringing a vast amount of experience in both the technical field have served as a helicopter maintenance technician during his 24 year military service with the British Army Air Corps and in customer service having spent time in real estate with Century 21 and from his time with Schwans Frozen Foods initially as a route salesperson eventually running his own sales company in Illinois, USA. For 8 years.
Mic joined us in February 2015 as our Fleet administrator and moved into the Rentals Department in November of that year.

Rob has been part of our management team since November 2011. he came to us after a 20 year career with Snap-On Tools of Canada, which he spent his first 4 years with Snap-On as a Franchisee, and the rest holding different sales positions with Snap-Tech Systems, Snap-On Sun Equipment Division, Snap-On Equipment, and Snap-On Diagnostics.

Donna is our Assistant Parts Manager, she has been a dedicated Southland employee since 1991.
Email Errol
Errol has 49 years of experience in the parts business of which 40 has been with International trucks. Seven of which have been spent with Southland International. He started his career in Moose Jaw Saskatchewan at the International dealer in 1965. In 1968 he moved to the Dodge dealer. In 1971 he joined the Saskatchewan Department of highways as a senior stores keeper. In 1977 he moved to Langley B.C. where he served as parts manager until 1981, when he joined Foot Hills International as Parts Manager. In 2007 he relocated to Lethbridge AB. and joined Southland International Trucks as Parts Manager. Errol’s knowledge of the older International Trucks has helped grow our antique truck parts business.

He has ongoing product knowledge of International trucks, engines, Doepker and Renn trailers. Hobbies include restoration of over 60 International antique trucks.

Brian sells new and used trucks and trailers. He has a BA in business and aviation along with several product training and professional and business seminars. He has truck driving experience before joining Southland. Hobbies include coaching hockey.

Murray’s duties are sales of new and used trucks and new and used trailers. He has a Journeyman Certificate, along with 15 years of trucking experience. Has completed the Truck Marketing Institute Certificate along with continuous International Truck Training. Hobbies include Golf, Motorcycles, & Woodworking.

I’ve been in the trucking industry for 13 years as an owner-operator, with prior experience in the agriculture business for 8 years. Most recently, I spent 5 years hauling vehicles to the U.S. before transitioning into sales to have more time at home with my two kids. Outside of work, I enjoy playing hockey and golfing whenever I get the chance.
