PRIORITY DIAGNOSTICS:

  • Within two hours of arrival at the dealer, specially trained Express Diagnostics technicians evaluate the vehicle and determine the repairs required.

PARTS SUPPORT:

  • Parts are included in the Express Diagnostics evaluation. If parts need to be ordered, they are expedited to arrive as quickly as possible.

COMMUNICATION:

  • Receive the diagnostics results and repair time estimate within the two-hour window. Repair status updates keep you informed of progress.

SATISFACTION CONFIRMATION:

  • A post-service survey ensures that our Accelerated Service promise was kept and that you are satisfied with your experience.
