Our technology
TIREMAAX Pro
The TIREMAAX Pro tire pressure control system is a revolutionary solution for maintaining the optimal tire pressure for your trailer. With its advanced technology the TireMaax Pro pressure control system allows you to keep your tires properly inflated and rolling smoothly. This ensures that your tires are always performing at their best, improving fuel efficiency and extending the life of your tires.
TIREMAAX tire pressure control solutions can pay for themselves with savings from increased fuel mileage, reduced tire maintenance and replacement costs and prevention of tire failure leading to downtime and costly road service.
ZMD - Zero Maintenance damping
ZMD technology eliminates shock absorbers from the maintenance equation by integrating the damping function traditionally performed by the shock within the air spring itself. ZMD air springs exchange pressurized air between the bellows and the piston. This patented air spring provides uniform and consistent damping over the life of the air spring. ZMD air springs are durable and maintenance free, making them a popular choice among truck drivers and fleet managers.

Diesel Exhaust Fluid (DEF)
Diesel exhaust fluid (DEF) is a liquid that is used in vehicles with diesel engines to reduce emissions. DEF reduces harmful NOx emissions, such as nitrogen oxides, into harmless nitrogen and water. DEF is stored in a separate tank on the vehicle and is injected into the exhaust system as needed. Newer diesel vehicles require DEF to meet emissions standards, and using DEF helps improve fuel efficiency and reduce the environmental impact of diesel engines.
Bendix Wingman Advanced
Bendix Wingman Advanced brings together adaptive cruise control with braking features along with collision mitigation technology, and our full-stability technology – Bendix ESP. Your fleet can benefit from a potent combination of active safety technologies that can help your drivers in collisions, roll-overs, and loss-of-control situations. In addition, the system can provide data, to help keep you in the know about what’s happening out on the road.
Bendix Wingman Fusion
Wingman Fusion gathers input from radar, video and the brake system to create a highly detailed and accurate data picture. Its next generation radar, camera, and brake system are linked to each other – constantly gathering, sharing, and confirming information; and all the while communicating with the brakes.

A26 Engine
The A26 Engine's design is lightweight and powerful and produces up to 515 HP and 1850 lb.-ft. of torque, but its big-bore performance only begins to tell the full story of this engine. This engine is the lightest engine you can get over 12-liters which allows for an increased payload capacity and better fuel economy. It’s also the quietest engine in its class resulting in higher driver satisfaction and driver retention.
OnCommand Connection
OnCommand Connection is a remote diagnostics system built to take vehicle and engine data from telematics tools and accomplish 3 things for drivers and fleet managers:
- Make information from the truck visible.
- Make vehicle and fleet status easily understandable.
- Make information actionable so users know what needs to be done to keep trucks healthy and out of the shop.

DPF (Diesel Particulate Filter) Cleaning
We recommend you clean your DPF every 150,000 to 200,000 KM.
We use the FSX DPF and DOC cleaning system.
• FSX TrapBurner- DPF Thermal Cleaner carefully delivers just the right amount of heat and reduces the risk of cracking the filter and causing thermal stress because no air is being pumped through the filter.
• FSX SootSucker - Dust Collector is the safe storage area for the soot that has been removed from the filter.
• FSX TrapBlaster - Pneumatic DPF Cleaner is where air is forced through the filter to clean out the soot and restore air flow. Uses two directional air wands to clean each cell individually.
• FSX TrapTester - Airflow Test Bench is used to test the filter after it has been cleaned to measure the air flow through the DPF.

Fuel System Flushes
Any diesel vehicle can have a fuel system flush service done. Some of the benefits of getting this service include improved fuel economy and the potential to avoid needing EGR replacement in the future. The service allows for easy and complete cleaning of injectors and the fuel system, and it restores fuel economy and lowers harmful emissions. Additionally, the EGR, induction, and combustion service features include cleaning and eliminating EGR deposits, removing carbon build-up from the EGR cooler and induction system, and avoiding the need for costly tear-down of the EGR manifold system.
Quick Scan
Our scan services check for engine, DPF, ABS, and transmission codes and data. We can provide a complete report of our findings and make recommendations for any necessary services. We can also schedule any work at the time of the scan to fit your schedule. If you would like a copy of the scan, we can email it to you or print one for you at the time of the scan. Please note that these scans are for HDS (Heavy Duty Standard) equipped vehicles and may not apply to all manufacturers.

A/C System Flush
It is important to maintain your truck's air conditioning system for several reasons. Regular maintenance ensures that the system's refrigerant and lubrication levels are at the correct levels, which reduces the risk of premature compressor failure. This also allows the desired interior cabin temperature to be achieved. Air conditioning systems may lose 0.3-0.6 ounces of refrigerant per year, you should have your system checked annually.
During an A/C test or service, our technicians will verify any customer complaints, check the condenser in front of the radiator, check the fan operation, and clean or repair the system as needed. They will also check the in-cab air filter, the refrigerant in the AC system for foreign refrigerants, and the system for any gross leaks. Finally, they will check the operation and pressures of the AC system and verify that the proper temperature is attained in the interior of the vehicle.
