What Is OnCommand Connection?

OnCommand Connection is a remote diagnostics system built to take vehicle and engine data from telematics tools and accomplish 3 things for drivers and fleet managers:

Make information from the truck visible.
Make vehicle and fleet status easily understandable.
Make information actionable so users know what needs to be done to keep trucks healthy and out of the shop.

What Can it Help You Avoid?

Vehicles produce nearly 1000 unique fault codes. When fault codes occur, fleet managers are left wondering what the severity is, how long they can afford to keep the vehicle on the road, and where they’ll go if they need service right away. In a worst-case scenario, if a truck is downed, the cost can be upwards of $1000.00 a day. OCC allows Southland International Service Department to partner with you, helping you identify when you can keep running and when you need to bring your truck in for service.

Comprehensive health reports with links to critical vehicle performance and trip data, vehicle service history, open campaigns, active fault codes, and much more.

GPS Mapping

Locate nearby services like towing, hotels, truck stops, tire shops, and nearby dealer service locations. OCC identifies vehicle and engine make to determine the nearby OEM services it displays.

Fault Code Troubleshooting

Southland International service technicians have access to leading fault code troubleshooting guidance that walks them through every step of service required to address concerns and get your truck on the road.

International® Trucks equipped with our factory-installed telematics device are capable of supporting remote software calibration updates and programmable parameters on International® A26 and Cummins X15* engines.

Calibration updates enable your vehicles to operate at peak performance by keeping engine software calibrations up to date at all times. And programmable parameters such as top speed and cruise control speed limiters allow your fleet to strike the optimal balance between performance, efficiency, and safety.
